2. Regular Admission PLUS Bonus Herb Walk with Rosemary Gladstar*

*If you would like to register for an additional herb walk with Rosemary, there will be two different herb walks taking place during the event:

1. Herb Walk 1: 1:30pm - 2:30pm (max 25 people)
2. Herb Walk 2: 3:15pm - 4:15pm (max 25 people)

There will be other herb walks taking place during the event included with regular admission alongside other wonderful teachers. Those herb walks will not be capped at 25 people, and will take place during regular workshop times. Registration is first come, first served. You may only register for one of these special herb walks per individual attending. You must be attending BTYR under a full day registration in order to take part in this optional, special herb walk event.

Terms and Conditions of purchasing event registration:

** Registration is limited and first come, first served. We are expecting approximately 200 attendees.

*** Cancellation/Withdrawal policy: If you need to change your plans prior to August 31st, 2023, your registration fee minus a 25$ administration fee will be refunded to you. Refund requests must be emailed, and received in our office by August 31st, 2023. Email your refund or transfer request to, penelopebeaudrow@gmail.com with the subject line; BTYR Refund Request. After September 1st, 2023, there are no refunds or transfers available. If, for any reason, the event is cancelled, all registered participants shall receive a full refund of all fees paid. This shall be paid out not more than 30 days after written notification of cancellation.

**** Terms and Conditions: By purchasing a registration ticket, you agree that your contact information is correct, and accept these following terms: no early arrivals, no alcohol and respect our designated smoking area. Food will provided at specified meal times, but if you think you will need extra snacks or food, you are encouraged to bring your own snack or additional meals. To keep green conscious, please also bring a reusable water bottle, along with your own dishes or paper plates and cutlery for meals (washing stations will be available for cleaning.) This event will be photographed/filmed for our own marketing and archival purposes. By attending you agree to the possibility of your image being used in our marketing/on our website.
